Outdoor fitness or recreational running on fitness trails is a part of the health resort recreation for guests. A lot of fitness trails that lead around hotel complexes were gradually updated and complemented with the purpose to ensure adequate conditions for recreation of the guests and citizens in natural environment. Trails usually run through nature, partly on macadam paths or paved streets and in some places they run through typical forest rutted road ways. Their length varies.
